There's a birthday being celebrated in a couple of weeks -- Mimic turns 10!. The very first mimic pack was released July 16, 1998. Black Jack and I are putting together a pack for the occasion.

Deadline for the pack is July 14th, and the pack will be released on July 16th.

So get out your AcidDraw, iTPDraw, PabloDraw, or TundraDraw and get cranking on your submissions. For old times sake?

Sorry, but no, I don't plan to participate in deviantart's bastardization of ascii and ansi art.

Mimic 84 should be released soon enough. Jeff is waiting until the pack has 20 ASCIIs (there are currently 14, if I recall correctly). As soon as the pack is released, I should have two (hell, maybe even three) new ASCIIs for your viewing pleasure. One made of pipes, one with traditional PC ASCII.
